VonShef Multifunctional Bread Maker Review

VonShef Multifunctional Bread Maker Review

The VonShef Multifunctional Bread Maker is not English made and this is reflected in the instruction booklet. However, if you have used other bread makers this shouldn’t be too hard to fathom out.

It does make fantastic bread, once you get the ratios of flour to water right, if you want to make some of the more fancy breads that have cheese or garlic in you will need to take this in to account and adjust the water accordingly. One downside is though that it can take around 3 hours to bake a loaf.

The gluten free bread recipe in the instruction booklet does need to be adjusted with the quantities and the browning settings are not the best due to the lid not having any heating element. It does have a viewing window though so you can see the progress.

The one plus side to this bread maker is that it comes with a free Hamlyn Bread Recipe book which does have some excellent recipes in it (and plenty that are gluten free too). It also comes with a free measuring cup and spoon.
