Breville Twin Paddle Bread Maker Review

Breville Twin Paddle Bread Maker Review

The Breville Twin Paddle Bread Makerhas the advantage of being larger than other machines, so you get a larger loaf. However the downside of this is that there are two paddles which then need to be removed from the loaf. The non-stick coating on the paddles is not particularly good which means that we ended up with a largish hole in the base of our loaf.

The bread maker does come with 3 loaf size settings and a viewing window to check the progress.

The recipes included with it though add an extortionate amount of salt which does reflect in the taste of the bread. Using less salt does not provide such a good loaf.

If you are a bit more adventurous in the kitchen the Breville twin paddle has a home-made function which allows you to programme your own timings and so experiment with different recipes.

Overall this bread maker is not as good as other makes, which is reflected in the price. It is good if you are on a budget.
